INTRODUCTION
- On May 9, 2021, one of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets launched 60 Starlink satellites into early orbit, then landed in the sea recording the company’s 10th flight of the reusable booster use.
- The rocket lifted off at 2:42 a.m. EDT from Space Launch Complex 40 at the Cape Canaveral Space Station. The white exterior of the rocket turned black after it entered Earth’s orbit and returned.
- Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX tweeted that first time a Falcon rocket booster will be reaching double digits in the flights.
- It was the second time SpaceX, successfully launched a 229-foot Falcon 9 rocket within a week.
- Also, each of the Falcon 9 rocket carried a full 60 flat-screen Starlink broadband satellite.

- Starlink Broadband Satellites is a network of satellites designed by SpaceX in order to provide low-cost Internet access to remote locations.
- These satellites are located 60 times closer to the Earth than the traditional satellites.
